Following a number of enquiries after the resounding success of ‘Evolving Connectivity 2016’ the CAI has been talking over the possibility of resurrecting the ‘Gala Dinner’ that was a major event in the CAI’s trade show calendar. In past years the annual trade show lasted 3 days and the final day – normally a Thursday - was preceded by a gala wards dinner on the Wednesday evening – half-way through the show period. The heady days of 3-day shows has long passed with trading online more prevalent, but demand could well be revived for a social occasion where we dine and socialise along with presenting our coveted ‘company and installer of the year awards’.
The key for success will be the amount of places we need to allocate subject to demand. You could make a corporate booking whereby your company books tables for invited guests, or you could simply come along on an individual basis or bring along partners. The dinner will precede ‘Evolving Connectivity 2017’ and is to be held at the Arden Hotel very close to the National Motorcycle Museum – where the trade event is held - and conveniently positioned next to the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Rail link.
